Jeff, I've got a '00 4.7L truck with an underhood light. I'd be more than
happy to look and see about the wiring harness for you. Gotta get under the
hood tomorrow anyway(to clean, mind you) :->! I don't have a FSM, however so
I won't be of any help there. I'll check on it before noon tomorrow, and
will let you know something VIA e-mail as soon as I look. If there's
anything specific you want me to look for, leave me a message tonight or in

in it) to send me a picture under the hood showing where the wiring from
their underhood light plugs into the harness and if they have a copy of
the page in the fsm that would be great also. I have been looking under
mine and it almost looks like since DC decided that the '01 daks didn't
need this light (cheap bastards) that they may have even changed the
harness to not have a dead plug for it. I have looked for over and hour
and I couldn't find it. It may be tucked underneath something that is
just making it hard to find. If anybody can help me that would be great.
