Yup, 1.7 rockers. They are in but I need to back off some tension from some
of the springs as it runs REAL rough. I figured it would help to be able to
get to TDC on each cynlinder and adjust for total valve closure and then
lock em down there.

Take all of your plugs out.. have your valve covers off.. take a socket to
your alt pulley.. rotate (in the direction the engine is suppose to turn)
nut on alt, put tension on belt near AC compressor. Engine will turn
somewhat easily. Watch for exhaust valve to close on #1 cyl, check LARGE
timing mark on harmonic balancer... I am assuming you are doing this to
install 1.7 rockers?
