I believe commercial plates are used for trucks with no fixed back seat
and/or seatbealts, at least in some areas of the NE....yet that doesn't
stop a lot of commercial plated pickups from driving on parkways and other
highways where commercial vehicles are banned.
Did I read right where some QC or CCs are required to have these
commercial plates?
