Don't mean to give you bad news but you are not going to install XP on a PIII
333 and be very happy. Been running it in the lab at work for a month and it
wants a PIII 500 with 256 mb of memory just to stabilize. I can see why intel is
banking on this XP to come out and boost sales of the PIV. Plus, unlike win 2K
this os seems to like to take up around 1.5gb of hard disk space. I have been
testing both the consumer and buisness versions and there doesn;t seems to be
much difference other than security. I would recommend if you want to go that
route get ahold of win 2K professional and use that. It doesn't hog up as much
disk space and it doesn't care about running on a PIII 333 as long as you give
it at least 128 mb of memory.
