I suspect a loose ground wire behind or under the dash. Dodge has several
places where they ground wires to dash circuits under the dash and they are
under screws or nuts on studs. Look under the dash with a light around the
kick panel tops maybe and see if several black wires are connected to a bolt
and tighten it. This happens sometimes and is nothing serious.
