And many, many, MANY thanks to you Jon, and your whole family, for
opening up your home and land to us, knowing full well what was going
to happen to it. And for your hours of hard work putting everything
together (and, in some cases, taking things apart :))

I felt like I had something I had to prove to myself. And after DD
made it through Mud Lane, I figured I had a decent chance. I'm just
surprised Amy still has all her teeth in place after not one but TWO
runs through there.

In their defense, with the exception of Pete, none of them had seen
these trails before, and the valuable knowledge gained last year from
the Adam Blaster experiments helped.

Hopefully I can start writing something up tomorrow night.

That's nothing compared to what Dakota Dodge and I got on the Thruway!
Got plenty of thumbs-up, had one young lady in a Jeep (with doors off)
absolutely drooling. Had one guy in a 'Vette just shaking his head
like he was saying "what were they thinking?" - Amy said they decided
to pass us after taking a few shots of mud from us. We were still
dropping mud after 300 miles.

I'm hoping the DOC's meet in Durango, CO doesn't extend that long. I
may have to leave early and make a beeline for Jon's. I can't imagine
missing this party.

Thanks again Jon!
