Doug,
Sounds like you are running real lean. When you had the PCM programed did
you have all the mods first or did you do the mods after the PCM. Sounds like
you need about 5 to 5% more injector duration added across the whole rpm
range. You may want to go to 24# injectors too. The Burned exhaust valves are
a good sign of lean mixture. If the injectors are OEM, they have a very wide
tolerance and they need to be replaced with hi-flo close tolerance ones
anyway. Go back to Zimmer and find out what they recommend. Bill
