Looks like you already caught that one. Now headers - thats what I need. I
haven't had good luck getting a set. I really wanted the Kenne-Bell ones.
Called them up and they would not sell me a pair for my '96 ram. They said they
had some to fit the '95s and the '97 but not the '96. They quoted $850 I
believe. I told them to send me a pair of '97s. They said only if I agreed to
void all warranty on them. I said keep them.
Then I ordered a set of Hooker 5001 Super Comps - had them on back order for
months. After 3 months - I cancelled my order.
I guess I'm hard to please but now what I want is a custom set made by
Thorley/Leach. Custom or full-length race versions preferably as I plan to
custom fab the exhaust from the header flanges on back. This will include
removing/replacing the stock 26 gal fuel tank, pump, and lines. I really wish I
could just make up my own headers - but I'm not that talented w/a torch 8).

Shane
