Now Shane, if you come on out I'll introduce you to Mr Leach and the rest of
the guys. I'm sure they'd be happy to work with ya. Mike's always fabbing
up something in the shop. Then we could try and find Mr Zimmer too. I'm
sure you two would have a lot to talk about.

Looks like you already caught that one. Now headers - thats what I need. I
haven't had good luck getting a set. I really wanted the Kenne-Bell ones.
Called them up and they would not sell me a pair for my '96 ram. They said
they
had some to fit the '95s and the '97 but not the '96. They quoted $850 I
believe. I told them to send me a pair of '97s. They said only if I agreed
to
void all warranty on them. I said keep them.

Then I ordered a set of Hooker 5001 Super Comps - had them on back order for
months. After 3 months - I cancelled my order.

I guess I'm hard to please but now what I want is a custom set made by
Thorley/Leach. Custom or full-length race versions preferably as I plan to
custom fab the exhaust from the header flanges on back. This will include
removing/replacing the stock 26 gal fuel tank, pump, and lines. I really
wish I
could just make up my own headers - but I'm not that talented w/a torch 8).

Latr,

Shane
