Rust is very common on the steel parts of GenIII front bumpers. Mine's
got a couple new chips (and I don't drive on gravel) since it was
repainted a year ago, I'm not even gonna bother with a dealer trip this
time. I'll let it go a little longer, then sand it down and Herculiner
it.
