Quad Cab bed to Regular Cab Mod ?

Has anyone succeeded in installing a shorter
quad cab bed to a regular cab? ;) I've been having
visions of a really cool lookin and unique truck.
I know it would take some work....possibly have to
shorten the frame under the bed etc??....
