Austin,
If I remember correctly, I paid around $300 to have my heads cleaned,
pressure tested, valves back-cut, a 3-angle seat cut in the heads, new valve
seals installed (not counting the cost of new seals), and resurfacing the
face.

I didn't really need new seals, but since the heads were already torn down,
spending $50 for new seals was a "no brainer".

I did other work on the heads myself, but this can't be include it in the
above list.
