Sounds like a wheel cylinder leaking (drum brakes) or caliper of disc
brakes. May even be a brake line/hose. Could be something simple like a
loose hose/line. Try to see if you can spot where the leak is coming from.
Wear safety goggles and look underneath in the general area of the leak and
have someone hit the brake a few times.
