I beg to differ...It isn't just a truck

If our Dakotas are "just a truck" as you call it,why do most of
us(Myself,Bernd,Bill C,Don M,etc)go to the expense of making our trucks
better?

Because we each love our Dakota in a similar, but different way.

If the Dakota is "just another truck",how come 107 people belong to my
DodgeDakotaQuadCab@yahoogroups List???

I get attached to inanimate objects. When i traded off my 1994 Dodge
Caravan,i cried...Yes,i cried.Why,because that van & I went a lot of
places. She was a part of me.I dont ever want to part with my Dakota, and go
thru that feeling again.I am 45 yrs old,and when i am 70,i still plan on
owning it.Maybe a new engine or tranny, but she will still be my "ride".

Our trucks are a reflection on who we are...plain & simple

And i'm just speaking my mind, but i think i speak for all the other Dakota
owners(especially Quad Cab owners)here...

Respectfully Submitted,David
