Forced to make a decision - putting Daks to pasture?

Ok guys and gals... one of your fellow Dak'sters is in big trouble (still).
Since I can't come to a resolution on my own... I thought I would bounce this
off the list and see what you all have to say.

Basic run down of facts:
1) Bought 1989 Dakota 4x4
2) truck was beat to hell
3) total cost of truck including all parts and expenses is getting high
4) truck doesn't run - and the 2wd truck is on its last leg
5) I replaced the entire rear suspension (leaf springs and shocks) and the
truck back end still sags to the right
6) I'm running out of money

If I have ruled out the suspension as a cause of the sagging... is the next
logical assumption that there is frame damage?

If that's the case - is it worth repairing and does anyone know what frame
repairs entail?

I'm about 2 steps away from selling at least one truck if not both. I have
GOT to have dependable transportation. I would prefer a Dakota 4x4... but I
may have to go with a non-dodge alternative. I would hate to sever my
ties to the DML before I got a chance to have any fun at all. After meeting
Tim Althoff and Tom Cantor and the rest of the folks who attended the Marion,
OH meet... I was really charged up about making my way to more DML events,
representing the overlooked Gen I premaggers out there. (we Gen I's are your
trucks ancestors and still demand respect LOL)

Warm regards,
Thomas Stack
(silver98) <-- but for how much longer?
