Of course, any properly maintained vehicle that hasn't been abused will last
a long time without probs. My take on the conversation is that my friend,
Chaz, has an old K-car from the early 80's with over 200,000 niles worth of
Cleveland (ie salt) driving, and the thing looks and runs brand new (go
figure). All I know is that I tear vehicles up in a hurry and my dak has
never left me stranded (150,000 miles). Furthermore, I personally won't buy a
vehicle from a company unless their assembly and headquarters are based in
the US (which is why I haven't bought a new dak) I have always had this
policy (didn't realize my 95 dak was manufactured in cananda til months after
I bought it ) but it is especially important in light of our nations call to
support our economy.

Nothing personal against Honda, my uncle drove em for years and he loved em.
