Hey Steve!
Thanks for the suggestion! I just thought our trucks had too much toe-in. My
'92 tracks just fine over the crappy roads we have around Detroit. The '01
is simply not even close to the same control. I'll have mine checked out
between the holidays.
Just for sanity sake, when turning while driving over bumpy terrain it feels
like the back end wants to jump to the side, right?

Subject: DML: I have a bad rack opinion!!
Yep. My opinion of my rack and pinion is not too
good!! Bad at 5800 miles. Well,I mean DIAGNOSED to be
bad at 5800,it`s been bad since I`ve had it (3400
miles). It always seemed to have poor control on
certain bumps and ripples in the pavement, and sounded
clunky. Now I know why! Plus the cassette deck has
never worked,so I have a new radio and steering rack
on order at the dealer. The incorrect spare wheel
problem is fixed now. They told me that they had
mistakenly put a Durango wheel on it the day I bought
it. Now it has the correct 16" wheel. That`s my news
for today! Gotta go before I get kicked offline
again,dang it............. Steve P.
