Truck sounds like it doesn't run too bad! Be REAL careful with your engine
temps/nitrous with those heads. I haven't had good luck with the 2 sets that
I've installed, and have had others tell me the same. I put a set on my
friend's demon after he insisted that we put them on there. So, I did and
one warped within a month. So, I took it off and we got another one and
tried it. It lasted about long enough for the other side to blow another
head gasket, and I said screw it and put the W-2's back on it. The car ran
consistent 9.10-9.12's with the W-2's and an Edelbrock performer RPM intake.
With the Edelbrock heads and the RPM intake, it only ran as fast as 9.20,
when it ran at all! I just haven't had good experience with them. I hope
that you continue to have good luck with them! Thanks for the info on the
truck!

My truck has ran as fast as 8.92 in the 1/8th mile (at Ohio Valley Raceway
in Louisville KY) on all motor. I also have 125hp nitrous system, but
haven't been able to use it and make any kind of a run at all(traction
problems). The Edelbrock package works very well. No problems sealing the
heads at all. I had .025 milled off the heads and the block zero decked. Now
things might change when I get some passes in on the bottle.Yes, I would say
that the tach doesn't work because of the stock ignition not hooked up. I
have a 5 inch Autometer tach that I use. As for the voltage regulator I have
a mopar P3690731 regulator hooked up to the stock alternator.Currently I am
running the the stock fuel tank and pump. I have a Mallory 3 port return
style regulator that works pretty good.
