well swapping a 3.9 for a 4.7 would be pretty easy... as long as the 4.7 was
an option that year. Just find (hard part) a junkyard that'll part with the
4.7 drivetrain reasonably, drop your old out, toss in the new. Since the
new motor was an option in your truck, everything is simply dropped in (for
the most part).
You'd just have to make sure to get EVERYTHING, wiring harnesses, computer,
etc, etc.
