Don't sour on selling things over the Internet. I've done it dozens of times
with only one problem. As for an opinion on this, I would let the guy keep
the stuff and pay him the $16. It's not a lot of money and whether it's you
or Summit Racing selling something, the customer is always right. You pay
him the $16 and then you are "being big about it".
