I put an Optima on it's side on a cross beam under the drivers side rear seat
(ClubCab). It just barely squeezes in there, but works majically. I got real
lucky, the top and bottom ridges of the optima I bought fit perfectly over the
cross beam. Then I tied it down in the Y direction (left to right) and the Z
direction (down). Be sure to use a thicker power cable (I used 2 gauge) and a
more-powerful-than-stock battery to cover the extra voltage drop in the
distance.

I can be more specific if people need me to be.
