Subject: DML: Gas Prices
Around the greater Rochester area lately, the major brands have been $1.199
for 87 octane. Yesterday, in Wayne county I passed an off-brand station with
$1.119 and five miles further down the road, $1.099. In the western part of
New York State, the prices go up faster, come down slower, and are usually
higher overall than other areas. "They" know we need the product and "they"
can charge what they want.
