I have part-time 4WD, and the shifter is in 2WD. Last time I was in 4WD was
the beginning of October, so unless my T-case is seriously hosed, it should
be disengaged. I only had the one wheel off the ground at the time.

I only found it "odd" because my father remarked while putting the wheel on,
that on his '00 Durango (also part-time), the wheel spins very freely.
