Yup...3.90 to 4.10 is about a 300rpm difference. It would depend on
tire size though...if you plan on running a 33" or larger tire, 4.56's
would be the better ratio. 4.10 works well with 33"-30" tires.
If this is for drag racing, the 4.56's will gain you some quicker 1/8
mile times but (sometimes) as a sacrafice on overall trap speed.

IMHO, it's not worth going from 3.92 to 4.10. You wouldn't notice much
difference. 4.56 would be the next step.
