Come to a dead stop. Put the tranny in N. I usually start from 4HI. In one
smooth, firm motion, slide back, to the right, back, and then to the left when
you hit the rear limit. If you stop or slow down during this, you'll be left in
t-case Neutral and will need to go back to 4HI and start all over again.
