It started yesterday, I went up to Blackhawk to do a little gambling, the
clutch starting making an odd sound when I had it to the floor, a light
almost grinding sound, like maybe it wasn't fully engaged. Then on the way
home it started, a really, really loud screeching sound whenever the clutch
was pushed in. It still shifted, just with that horrible sound. My brother
and a friend seem to think it's either the throttle bearing or the
clutchplate. Has anyone had any experience working on these on a GenII?
Anything I should watch out for, tricks, tips? We're gonna get under there
today and check it out. I'm glad I have a garage, considering we just got
about 4 inches of snow last night. Thanks guys.
