The fuel pressure regulator (FPR) determines fuel pressure, not the fuel
pump (unless of course you are running it past it's rating). My FPR is
vacuum operated so at 15 psi of boost, it raises the fuel pressure from 40
psi to 55 psi. A 255 LPH pump doesn't flow 255 at 55 psi, more like 200
without the increase voltage the BOP supplies.
