Busted fuse. After 1.5 hours of tearing my truck appart assuming its some loose
ground it was fuse #14 in the interior fuse box. It's labled "parking lamps". Well
it seems to control the tail lights and the dash lights.
I'm gonna put my truck back together now. Thanks guys.
