Valve Cover Bolt Question

I understand that there are certain bolts, for example intake manifold bolts,
that should be replaced and not re-used. I guess they can be torqued only
once, become stretched, and cannot be reliably used again.

Does anyone know if our valve cover bolts are the same way? I seem to have a
recurring problem with valve cover leaks that I never had until I built this
motor. I've got the MOPAR Magnum valve covers with the heavy duty gaskets.
These are generally pretty sturdy and not prone to leaking. I tightened the
bolts and now I'm getting a leak again.

I noticed that MOPAR Performance does sell a bolt kit for these covers, which
makes me think these may be "torque-once" bolts. Opinions on this?
