your parked on the road.

you were aware of the parking situation when you bought, the house/truck,
and jockeying cars is a pain but has to be done, I do it every day.

don't know where you live but there are bylaws, that the bumper of a car
must be so far back from the centre of the road, people in Scarborough were
getting tickets in their driveways, city property!

also, there might be laws against parking on the road all night, and
blocking fire access routes.
