As others had suggested Talk with a lawyer. Getting your facts together on
paper is a great idea and keep cool in court. I tell you after reading about
all the legal questions on here lately I'm glad I can call one of the
largest law firms in TX and talk with a lawyer all I want or need to. Now
that my 16 year old has his license and my daughter just turned 18, boy its
nice to have that available.
