So is your truck running fine now? Good luck in any case. And I would not take my business back to that service center, they definitely padded their work order. The only actual work it sounds like these guys did was try to start the truck, see that it didnt work and dry the ditributor and spark plug wires (which is the first thing any mechanic should do if a customer tells them they hosed down an engine). After they tighten everything back up, the engine will flush itself of excess fuel or even water in the chamber, it will heat the spark plugs, and the computer should reset codes on its own if everything is working.

The oil change is out right taking advantage of you...unnecessary and frivolous.
