    He's put his OEM 195 back in and it's still doing it. There is a little
notch in the outside rim of the stock themo. that fits in a little tit in the
gasket. If it doesn't leak not problem. The 4.7L has a reverse flow, so, you
got to get it in right or the flow will try to push it shut. Ron, he ran the
180 for months and all at once it started doing this. That's what threw me.
    It may very well be the radiator cap venting at low pressure or just
leaking at no pressure. Bill
