So, let me get this straight....

If a dealer charged you $800 to fix your vehicle, and then a few months
later the vehicle was back in the shop because they did not do the job
right, Wouldnt you be pissed?

Also, if the vehicle needs to be kept over a extended time, they are legally
obligated to provide a loaner vehicle since an error was made on their end.
They, not me, had to refuse the loaner, because I could not legally drive
it. Due to my disability, I have a restriction on my license, requiring me
to have a mechanical aid on the vehicle I am driving (I.E. spinner ball)
So, by refusing to let me put my spinner ball on the loaner, they in essence
reffused to give me a loaner, since it would not be legal for me to drive.

It would be like giving you a car with no headlights or taillights.

Also, Immagine the liability factor if they gave me the loaner car without
the spinner ball. If I got in a wreck and I did not have it on, they would
have one hell of a mess on their hands. All because they refused to put the
spinner ball on the wheel.

As far as damage goes, the 2 impressions left by the clamps of the
spinner ball pop out within 30 minutes of removal. If you don't believe me,
go to your hardware store, get a hose clamp and try it yourself.
