I have the APC Indiglo dash on my 99, and I love it, although there's not
much color difference between blue & green (I prefer the blue). DO NOT try to
remove the OE black face, just pull the needles & lay the indiglo face right
onto the black face. I used velcro to mount the transformer next to the
steering column on that metal bracket, and cut out a small square on the left
side of the black dash right under the odometer where I mounted the switch
with double-stick tape, it looks like it belongs there.
I had the dash flicker & go dark after about a year, called APC & it's
lifetime guaranteed, they sent me a whole new switch & transformer for free,
which solved the problem. One hint: don't push the needles back on too far,
or they'll stick against the faceplate. Hope this helps.
