That's my understanding, Dave.
Most, if not all, advertised injector sizes are derived under 43.5 psi.
When using a 19#er in a Gen III system which has a fuel pressure
of 45 to 49 psi, that 19#er will act like it is almost an advertised 24#er.
With the Gen IIs, fuel pressure is somewhere around 40 psi.
