A long shot in the dark. Check the fuel pump relay in the power
distribution center. The pcm energizes the fuel pump through this
relay. See if the relay terminals are okay and if the PDC connector
terminals are damaged or corroded. It might be that there's a
faulty/loose connection under cold conditions but okay when conditions
are heated up.
