Sounds like the voltage regulator went "nut's" for a minute
problem is I don't know if the regulator is built into the alternator or is
a function controlled by the PCM or if our
trucks have a body module,.........I'd be willing to bet the regulator is
internal on the alternator! Have it checked out.
