Similar Rear Axle Problem

 Bob,

If you get this "bang" while driving straight and it's severe enough to
shake the truck, do you think it's still axle bearing(s) or should I
look over other things as well?

If the sound only occurs when you're turning, then it's most
likely axle bearing(s).
