I'd check the rear view mirror to see if you ran over a Hyundai or a Yugo or
something. Seriously though, I would pull off all four wheels and check your
suspension. I would pull the rear end cover and look at your gears. I'd get
under the truck and look for anything loose. And if you have any doubts,
take it to a shop you trust that has a lift and let them do a once over.
