Hey Dave,

All I know Chevy is using the nv3500 tranny. I don't know if it does have
the same bolt patten and shafts.

99 and lower models do have the ax15 with the V6, 00 and up models have
nv3500 with the V6. So some how it should bolt up.

Try searching googles.com, you might be lucky.
