Does anyone have reliable knowledge of if 2004 will be Gen IV dakotas?

I'm starting to get the new dak itch again. And this time I'm going to do
it right, 4.7L 5-speed RC, ordered to my spec. I'd prefer to wait one more
year, but I don't want to get stuck with a Gen IV which I guarantee will
weigh more and have less "options" than the current model.
