from what we've been hearing its coming out in Jan. 2004 as a 2005 model.
it will be smaller than the current Gen III, and will weigh less.

there may be a hemi, there may not... we shall wait and see...

Does anyone have reliable knowledge of if 2004 will be Gen IV dakotas?

I'm starting to get the new dak itch again.  And this time I'm going to do
it right, 4.7L 5-speed RC, ordered to my spec.  I'd prefer to wait one more
year, but I don't want to get stuck with a Gen IV which I guarantee will
weigh more and have less "options" than the current model.
