Thanks for the offer, but I don't think it'll be necessary. We've been
using Rand McNally Trip Maker to do our planning. I just checked, and it
also will download updated construction information. So I think we're set
in the map department.
Now, if we just had a laptop with a cellular modem, so we could update
this information in real-time. And of course use it with the GPS. I
suppose then we'd need a webcam process that could snap pictures from the
dash through the front window, so we can post our progress as we're
driving. Along with GPS telemetry.
Now *that* would be an exciting cellular bill :-).
