I have a synthetic winch cable on my Warn HS9500i, I have been stuck at the Badlands in Indiana so I have already used it in complete confidence of my personal safety. When I bought the winch I immediately purchased the synthetic rope to cut down the chance of a serious injury. I replaced it with 100' of 3/8in. and it comes out to roughly 22,000lbs of strength. I do have an extra 100' of 3/8" as well that I will swap out three years down the road. I picked up mine from my good friend and off-road distributor Dora @ Adventure4wd.
Give her a chance to win your business if you are inclined to purchase a Masterpull. http://www.adventure4wd.com Her site claims to beat any advertised price... I say take her up on it! Another item that I am considering is from Ramsey, but works with Warn as well is a wireless control unit, which gives you even more safety than the somewhat cumbersome wired units that come standard.
