Hey Stefan!

What is your idle RPM's? I've seen some 3.9's idle around 500, which is low
resulting in low oil pressure. Mine idles around 750-800 and my gauge does
show some pressure, it is significantly lower than while driving.

Just a thought.

Hi,

I have installed a Fram oil filter.
That the pressure goes down on idle is normal, I know. But my pressure is
going down that the needle at the guage is hitting the ground on the left
side.
I will go to Chrysler today and try to get an original oil filter for the
dodge.
I am using 10W40 Oil.

Thanks for your help so far, hope it is the oil filter, but I canīt believe
it. Lets see waht happens.

Stefan
