Can't help you with teh 5-speed - but I can give you some tips for
getting rid of the "smokers package". When I bought Granpa - it was
nasty inside. Musta been owned by a chain smoker. (the interior was
brown and sticky, everything ARUGH!)

Get some good quality dash and surface cleaner and some lint free shop
towls. Give everything a cleaning 2-3 times if needed. Vaccume the
carpet and seats. Clean the glass a couple times. And use Febreeze
fabric refresher. Depending on how heavyily smoked-in your truck is -
you may need to use it once a day for a few days or more. But it will
eventually remove the smell. its a outstanding product. You spray it on
the surface you want to smell nice and let it dry. I used it in Granpa -
and you can no longer tell it was smoked in.
