Hi Gregg,
I live in Va also and I've got my fog lights hooked
up where I cand run them with bright or dim. The way I
get around the law is every year when it's time for
inspection I just take them out. I put disconnect
plugs at the lights and it ony takes about 5 min to
take them off/put them back on.
