Well, part of my leverage was I found the tow-hooks they were going to sell me (at some dealer in Memphis) and the Memphis dealer was going to mailorder them to me.. so I came to my dealer and said "beat this price ($159) and I will buy from you, otherwise I am mailordering them, the parts guy beat it by $2 and saved me shipping...

yes I really did. Not only that, the **%*#^ dealer has a policy of not letting customers pay for
special orders over the phone w/ a credit card. Their explanation is some crap about not wanting
to be responsible for letting someone get their hands on your cc number. I'm convinced it's a
lame effort to get me in their show room. The dealer, Colonial Dodge/Fitzgerald Auto Mall in
Rockville Md., is the least customer friendly dealer I've ever dealt with. Plus, apparently,
they over charge for tow hooks. Glad your bitching worked.

Jef

dealer wanted $180, and I bitched and whined 'til I got them for $157. wow.
