I'm with Kyle on the HO heads and cams, but skip the intake manifold.
You'll just replace it again when you strap on the Kenne Bell
supercharger. Seriously. Your biggest problem at 7000 feet is plain
and simple lack of O2. The blower, while expensive, will more than
compensate for your lack of atmospheric pressure.
